5 Tips To Healthy Skin

Saya pernah percaya yang organic/natural skin care would be the best food for my skin. Tapi, bukan semua produk organic tu organic tau (If you know what I mean). It turns out “organic” do makes my skin dull and meh and some of them do not give any effect.

Saya ialah makhluk Allah yang sangat suka explore and try out new products. It keeps on changing every month and I never stick to one. Of course, my skin care routine also keep changing and finally I found the best routine for my skin ( I finally can stick to them. Yeayy!)

1. Cleansing. Saya bukan jenis yang pakai heavy makeup but still saya perlukan a makeup remover to wipe off my makeup. I chose SIMPLE products because of a few reasons; Saya tengok Zoella videos (UK youtuber) and she used this product, it is UK No.1 and the ingredients are all good! You can check it out by yourself. Then, Clinelle Whiten Up facial wash is the best thing I’ve ever had! It doesn’t irritate my skin at all tak kira selama mana gosok muka. Plus, it moisturize and deeply clean my skin. Lepas cuci muka, for the first time ever tak rasa macam kulit ketat (Ketat macam tight skin gitu. Susah nak cakap macam mana ketat ni. Haha). However, it is foamy but i would prefer the foamy one rather than non-foaming cleanser because i feel more convinced that my makeup is completely removed.
2. Toning. Never thought this step is sooooooooo CRUCIAL! This step gave a huge impact on my skin. Really! I chose SIMPLE again because the toner is 100% no alcohol and for the first time in my life this toner doesn’t irritate my skin again. For some people, they might think that this kind of toner doesn’t do their job like there’s nothing happening but for me I really like it. The purpose of toner is to balance the skin pH after cleansing, tighten pores, remove cleanser and makeup residue and moisturize. Other than that, i can feel less whiteheads and blackheads on my face and my pores are less visible too.
3. Moisturizing. I used Organic Aid Vitamin E 10000 I.U (High concentration) because i have some acne scars. Vitamin E is good for skin regeneration and healing. It can be quite greasy for some people but not for me. It helps me a lot in preventing blemishes and I also can feel the difference because fine lines/wrinkles become less visible especially under my eyes. Other than, vitamin E also protect our skin from free radicals and harsh environment.
4. Exfloliating. This one is a crucial step but only apply it for twice per week. I use St.Ives Green Tea Scrub. I will give a try on Papaya Scrub later on. This scrub contain salicylic acid which is good for acne and at the same time remove blackheads and whiteheads. The fine beads of the scrub does not irritate my skin and of course after using it, i feel my skin is cleaner and brighter
5. Protection. Before goin out, I applied sunscreen to protect my skin from UV radiation. This is important to prevent yourself from extreme tanning.

Other tips:
1. Before go to bed, I will cleanse my face, apply toner and NIGHT CREAM! During sleeping, the skin undergoes healing process which is why you should apply night cream for optimum result. Kordel’s Skin Clear will be taken before go to sleep so that my skin can detoxify at optimum rate.

Anyway, saya bukan nak condemn organic product tapi saya ada pengalaman yang sangat pahit dengan produk yang claim it is organic bla bla bla. Tup tup, jerawat naik macam gilaa. Just be careful dengan lambakan produk okay. Last-last i chose to kembali ke Watsons/Guardian and lebih prefer dermatologically tested product.
